TURQUOISE TRINKET DISH - Rustic Copper Dish

Art In Motion Jewelry pieces are handmade by Artist Cheryl Whitney-Huebner. Because the pieces are completely hand fabricated, every piece is unique and one of a kind. I do not mass-produce my pieces and each one is created by my hands only.

D E T A I L S: The pictured dish is the one you will receive. Width across dish: 3 inches, Each one of these trinket dishes I have created by cutting out a circle from a solid sheet of copper using industrial hand sheers. I then hammer them to form a slight bowl and flatten the bottom for stability. I added the turquoise in a fine silver bezel for that pop of color and unique appeal. Each one will be different with a unique pattern. The surfaces of the metal is minimally sanded to preserve my hammer marks. A chemical reaction made by mixing organic household chemicals to form a beautiful blue patina is then applied to the form.

These hand-forged, copper low raised trinket dishes have endless possibilities. Bath salts, keys, trinkets, beach pebbles, salts, spices, incense, sugar scrub, or small pot plants just to name a few. Each dish is unique and meant to create its own patina over time with use.
