I intentionally mismatched these. That was never a mistake — it was the whole point.
The Ruins earrings are the companion pieces to the Ruins brooch, born from the same bench session, the same materials, the same moment of transformation. Tourmaline drops — deep, dark, quietly luminous — hang from hand-fabricated oxidized sterling silver frames that echo the architectural, layered quality of the brooch. No two sides are alike. That asymmetry is the signature.
I built these from what was left. Bench scraps, leftover wire, the ghost of another idea. That's Remnant Alchemy — the practice of turning what almost wasn't into something that absolutely is.
