I’m drawn to the quiet strength of black onyx. For this ring, I paired a rectangular stone with sterling silver, letting the contrast and clean geometry give the piece its presence. It’s a statement ring without a need for ornament.

I love the depth of black onyx, a rich, inky black that holds its own against silver. The rectangular shape brings structure to the design, giving the stone a bold, deliberate silhouette.

I hand fabricated this ring in sterling silver, keeping the focus on the relationship between stone, metal, and shape. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, made in a US size 11.
