For me, it always starts with the metal itself — what it can hold, what it can say when it's shaped by hand.

This cuff began as a flat sheet of sterling silver, cut and formed into a wide, substantial band. I ran a strip of oxidized sterling silver patterned wire — a repeating quatrefoil cutout — down the center, then oxidized the whole piece and brought the high points back to a bright polish. The contrast between the dark recesses and the gleaming surface is what gives it that architectural quality. It doesn't just sit on the wrist. It commands it.

I designed this to be worn alone — as a single, confident statement — or stacked with other cuffs for a curated, layered look. Either way, it holds its own.

Art In Motion Jewelry is handcrafted by artist Cheryl Whitney-Huebner. Every piece is entirely hand fabricated — created, photographed, and shipped by my hands alone. I do not mass produce. I use only the highest-quality materials, and you can expect slight natural variations in the raw metal. These are not imperfections — they are the soul of the piece.
