The pick is forged brass, warm gold-toned, with a gentle wave to the tines that makes it easy to slide in and stay put. I added a patina to bring out the depth in the metal — it won't get lost even under the longest hair.
Wear it in a bun, a twist, a braid — it works with everything and competes with nothing. And yes — it's better for your hair than an elastic.
