For me, it always starts with the stone — and this fluorite stopped me cold. I couldn't walk past it.
The color zoning in this piece is extraordinary: seafoam green bleeds upward into soft lavender and deep violet, divided by natural cleavage lines that look like they were drawn by the earth itself. It's faceted into a bold shield shape — architectural, intentional, completely wild. No two faces read the same color twice.
I set it in a deep, hand-fabricated bezel of oxidized sterling silver — blackened until the metal felt as serious as the stone. The band is thick, substantial, forged to hold its shape and its presence. Bold!
