Beach Cabin Pendant — Sterling Silver

Some pieces start with a memory of the coast.

This one-of-a-kind sterling silver pendant features three hand-fabricated beach cottages perched on stilts above marsh grasses — each one distinct, each one telling its own quiet story. The scene is set into a rectangular panel with beautifully oxidized texture, framed in a clean open bezel that lets the piece breathe. It hangs from a double-bale bail, giving it a modern, gallery-worthy presence.

I built every element of this piece by hand — the tiny houses, the stilted legs, the grasses below. The textured background incorporates beach-found sea glass and sea porcelain, gathered from various shores, softened by the surf, and worn smooth by time. Nothing is cast or stamped. It's the kind of work that takes time, and it shows.
