I intentionally mismatched these because nothing in nature is perfectly paired — and that's exactly the point.
One earring is carved from deer antler — ivory and warm, with the quiet density of something that was once alive and moving. Into its surface I set moissanite diamonds in raised 14K gold-filled tube bezels, each one catching light like a scatter of stars across bone. A chain tassel of oxidized sterling silver hangs from the base, adding movement and shadow. The other is a hand-formed sterling silver teardrop, oxidized to a deep graphite and etched with fine organic line work across its face. Moissanite diamonds are flush-bezel set directly into the silver, constellations pressed into metal.
They are not the same. They were never meant to be. They are a conversation between two materials — one ancient and organic, one forged and darkened — held together by the same stones and the same hands.
